The 8-inch and 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 3 have been exposed, and these two upcoming tablet devices will complement the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Series product line.

The specifications of the 8-inch Galaxy Tab 3 are as following: Exyons dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1280 x 800 resolution TFT screen with a pixel density of 149PPI; integrated 1.5GB RAM, 5.0 megapixel back camera and 1.3 megapixel front camera; a capacity of 4450mAh battery pack, supporting 16/32GB internal storage.

While the 10.1-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 will be the first Android tablet with Intel chip.

According to The Verge’s argument, the 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 3 will be powered by Intel dual-core 1.6GHz processor, the message from the component suppliers, including chipset vendors and its partners described that the reason why equip with an Intel chip is to “extend high-quality user experience.” As to the specifications, it also includes a 1280 x 800 resolution TFT screen, the pixel density is 149PPI. The built-in storage is consistent which is 16/32GB optional. The battery capacity is upgraded to 6800mAh, while the RAM is reduced to 1GB. And it’s with 3 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front camera.

In addition, both the 8-inch and 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 3 are running Android 4.2.2 system, and the latest TouchWiz interface. According to Samsung’s statement, these two devices will be listed worldwide in early June, but the price is not mentioned.

According to media reports, the sources said on Thursday that in the new version of Samsung’s high-end Android tablet, there will be one verion equipped with Intel processor.

According to the sources that are familiar with the situation, Samsung Electronics has selected the Intel’s Clover Trail+ mobile processor, and there will be at least one version Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Tablet PC configured with the processor. Samsung has submitted the new Tablet PC Galaxy Tab 3 for review to the Federal Communications Commission. The submittal device is the WiFi version, but it is unclear if it supports LTE and voice calls.

The Galaxy Tab 3 was just officially announced last week. It’s with a 7-inch touch screen with a resolution of only 1024×600, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 3.0 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixelfront camera. It’s powered by Android 4.1 system, the battery capacity is 4000mAh, it has built-in 8GB and 16GB two storage capacity, and it can be expanded to maximum 64GB.

The WiFi version of the Galaxy Tab 3 is scheduled to be listed in May, and the 3G version is scheduled to be available in June.
