On Microsoft Corp. today’s earnings teleconference, the CFO Peter Klein said that Microsoft is in close cooperation with OEM manufacturers and cheap chip manufacturers to develop a cheaper Surface Tablet PC. Currently, two Microsoft’s Surface products, the Surface RT and Surface Pro are priced at $500 to $1,000.
