Message from the Japanese Science and Technology blog Blue Ringer Men that the three Galaxy Tab 3 model codenames are the GT-P3200, GT-P5200 and GT-P8200.
It is reported that, the GT-P3200 is configured with the 1024 x 600 resolution display, which is most likely referring to the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, while the GT-P5200 is configured with 1280 x 800 resolution display, likely to be the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1.
The most interesting is the GT-P8200, whose screen resolution is 2560 x 1600, consistent with the Nexus 10′s, which is a new high point that Samsung made for its Tablet PC. Clearly, the GT-P8200 is a high-end tablet PC, it’s code-named “Roma”, and it is likely to be the recently rumored Galaxy Tab 3 Plus.
Recently, there were rumors that Samsung has given up the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Plan, and pays more attention to the launch of the 8-inch Galaxy Tab. However, the credibility of this rumor is not high, because Samsung has planned to launch the Galaxy Note 8.0 configured with 8-inch screen, there is no reason to give up the seven-inch Galaxy Tab and then launch an 8-inch Tablet PC.
It’s expected that Samsung will display these three Galaxy Tab 3 Tablet PCs at MWC 2013 held in Barcelona at the end of February.
