A few days ago there were rumors that Samsung planned to release the GALAXY Note 3 and Galaxy Tab Plus at IFA 2013 in Berlin. Currently Samsung fan site SamMobile gets more information about Samsung’s high-end Tablet PC through their insider information. The latest news shows that Samsung is developing the 10.1/11.6-inch Full HD Super AMOLED screen, and it will be used for the Tablet PC.

The SamMobile website said they gained the message from Samsung internal last time that Samsung intends to release Note 3 in IFA 2013. This time they get the latest news from the same internal staff, and Samsung is working to develop a high-end tablet PC, which will be with a full HD Super AMOLED screen. The sources said Samsung has received a lot of positive feedback on the AMOLED screen, which prompted them to research and development the larger size AMOLED panel.

Samsung wants to launch a high-end tablet PC to compete with Sony XPERIA Tablet Z and Apple iPad. But the sources could not confirm the screen size, which is forecasted 10.1-inch or larger 11.6-inch, perhaps they are the two prototype which are currently in the research and development stage.

When it comes to AMOLED screen, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 released two years ago is equipped with the Super AMOLED Plus screen. This time Samsung is intended to put the Galaxy Tab series to a higher grade, previously the Samsung produced Google Nexus OEM 10 is with a 2560 * 1600 resolution LCD screen.
