Following the Falcon Northwest company announced full subsidy of $14.99 for upgrading Windows 7 PC to Windows 8, the world’s largest PC manufacturer Hewlett-Packard also announced that from today on to November 17 they help those who buy the HP Windows 7 computer upgrade.

This privilege is limited to residents of the United States and Canada who buy desktop and notebook, the product lines include Envy, Spectre, Pavilion, Compaq and the AIO series, this privilege also means HP also began to pay for user upgrades.

It is very simple to manage refund, users purchased computer in scheduled date only need to submit an application and purchase invoice scanning information before March 31 next year.

The other major PC manufacturers, such as Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba, Asus, have no corresponding program.
