Earlier this year, Sony released a tablet product called Xperia Tablet Z, and the product has been widelt concerned by virtue of its excellent three proofings functions. At this year’s MWC, Sony launched a global version of the product, which is expected to be officially shipped in May this year.
The machine uses a 10.1-inch high-definition display with a WUXGA level resolution of 1920*1200. The screen is also with Mobile Bravia Engine 2 image technology. The product is also equipped with a frequency of 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8064 S4 Pro quad-core processor and 2GB memory. It has built-in 8.1 megapixel main camera and 2.2 megapixel front camera, and it’s with Exmor R back-illuminated photosensitive components in the main lens of the Tablet PC for the first time, which supports autofocus and 1080p Full HD video recording function.
In addition, it runs the Android 4.1.2 operating system, and supports S-Force Surround Sound technology, NFC functionality and LTE 4G network. To ensure the endurance, it’s equipped with a 6000mAh large capacity battery.
In accordance with Sony arrangements, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z Black Edition will have 16GB, 32GB and 64GB version, the 64GB version will be for the U.S. market, while the white version will only have 32GB version. The product is expected to be officially listed in May this year, the 16GB version is priced at $499, while the 32GB version is priced at $599.
