HP Japan released the deformable new PC model HP EliteBook Revolve 810 on April 8, which uses laptop display rotatable institutions, can be used both as laptop and tablet, and it will start sale in May. Compared with the existing models, the new model is 32% thinner, and the weight is reduced by 22%. In HP Directplus direct selling website, the minimum price of the model with Core i3 is 155,400 yen (including tax), and the model with Core i5 is minimumly 176,400 yen.
The EliteBook Revolve 810 is a rotatable dual-use PC which can be used both as laptop and Tablet. The principle is to connect the PC body (keyboard side) and display (touch screen), it can be rotated 180 degrees horizontally. As a laptop, the back of the display is closed upward, then open it and use it as the display. When close the display when the front is toward outside, it can be used as a Tablet PC.
This EliteBook Revolve 810 is a follow-up model of the HP EliteBook 2760p Tablet PC. Compared with the EliteBook 2760p, the EliteBook Revolve 810 is 32% thinner, and the weight is reduced by 22%. And it’s with magnesium alloy shell and Gorilla Glass2 protection glass, which further improves the fastness.
The EliteBook Revolve 810 is with a 11.6-inch widescreen with a resolution of 1366*768, and touch panel function. The storage device is with 128GB SSD, the main memory capacity is 4GB. It supports wireless LAN (IEEE802.11a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth. The external display output interface is DisplayPort, two USB 3.0 and MicroSD slot. The battery life is approximately 8 hours.
